3M Scotchlok IDC 314 Connector (waterproof)

The 314 connector is the most widely used connector in subway installations.

It is used for many purposes, but mostly for subway connection to perimeter cable. The options for this blue connector are limitless.

• This translucent body and blue cap connector is used to provide a 2 or 3 wire insulated connection.
• Use this connector with mineral oil lubricant to create a moisture resistant watertight seal.
• This insulated connector is designed for 22 to 14 AWG solid / catenary wires.
• Corrosion resistance is provided by the element's tin coating, which is made of high quality brass for optimum conductivity.
• Suitable for use in temperatures up to 105°C (221°F).
