Request for Anova Warranty Repair
- Must be requested through the B2B platform millasur.com
- Credits will be issued once checked and approved by our technical managers
- The credit invoice will be issued according to your billing conditions
- The request does not imply the shipment of authorized parts
- Parts orders follow the usual order process
Request – Mandatory Fields:
- Machine model
- Serial number
- Photo of the invoice issued to the final customer
- Photo of the damaged part of the machine
- Explanation of the requested repair
Includes all repairs carried out by an authorized Millasur distributor on machines requiring technical intervention due to repair and/or replacement of parts caused by mechanical failure due to manufacturing defects. Does not include repairs due to misuse and/or poor maintenance of the machine, or minor tuning interventions.

Under Warranty:
Millasur covers 100% of all costs derived from the repair
Not Under Warranty:
Millasur rates apply:
- €30/hour labor + RRP parts
- Collection and shipping costs:
- Type 1 and 2 machines: €20.00
- Type 3 machines: €40.00
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, France: Ask for quote
Quote request: €20.00 deductible from the total repair cost
