WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE:

1. 1- Patented arched upper roller - allows better gripping (control) of the wood before chipping as it is caught in an arch, then the wood does not oscillate in the inlet hopper, reducing the danger for the operator and less stress for the machine.
2. 2- Heavy weight flywheel with chip collection paddles - facilitates the collection and exit of the chips with force, avoiding possible jams (other models use fans to blow the chips, but the air is not enough to remove all the chips, especially in wet conditions).
3. 3- 2 elongated blades x flywheel - re-sharpenable (up to 5 times) - 15 or 20 cm - helps better to cut fibrous material (the fiber is cut with a blade stroke, as if it were an axe).
4. 4- Centralized greasing (huge savings in time and money, due to breakdowns) - saves maintenance time, and above all, guarantees correct lubrication (not having all the grease points greasable leads to delays and forgetting to grease, with the consequent problems in the future).
